Riva Homes are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their successful award-winning team based at their head office in Morley, Leeds.
Who we are looking for: -
You will have proven face to face customer services experience preferably in the House Building Industry.
A professional person with a natural friendly attitude and great communication skills.
An ability to work independently, take the initiative and prioritise your work.
A person who is open to change and new challenges. You will be working within a small team of dedicated
highly motivated staff and you will need to have a can-do attitude with the drive to succeed.
You must be a team player and develop a trusting relationship both internally and externally.
The Role: -
You will be the main point of contact on the customer journey ensuring that all customer enquiries are
dealt with in a professional manner from point of reservation through to moving in day and beyond,
dealing swiftly with any customer care issues that may arise.
Your role will include: -
• Managing the Client reservation process.
• Agree, document, and confirm customer color selections for Kitchens and Ceramic tiling etc.to
the client’s property.
• Managing the Client Upgrades process, ensuring that the client’s upgrade specification is
documented and distributed in a timely manner to the construction and commercial team to
ensure that the work is carried out to the property.
• Liaise with Solicitors and estate agents to ensure that the legal completion target dates are met
for each plot.
• Meeting clients on an appointment only basis at our Marketing Suite on our developments.
